BrandVault replaced a chaotic mix of Dropbox folders and emailed ZIP files. Assets are tagged via AI auto-tagging (brand, campaign, format, region), version-controlled with diff previews for edits, and distributed to team members via permission groups. A public brand portal lets agency partners download approved assets without needing internal system access.
