LuxeStay replaced the hotels reliance on OTA commissions with a direct-booking engine. The platform features a photographic room explorer, real-time availability calendar, dynamic rate management tied to occupancy and seasonality, a concierge chat interface, and post-checkout upsell emails. Direct bookings grew 3x in the first quarter post-launch.
